Lax State of Mind is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established in honor of an amazing wife, mother, and friend Denise O'Dea. The mission of the organization is to provide an annual scholarship to a deserving Ramsey girls lacrosse player, and to help fund much needed research for treatments of neurological diseases.

Established by family and friends of Denise O'Dea, the organization will serve as a opportunity to not only raise funds for research, but to support young women who have grown up in the Ramsey Lacrosse program.  One of Denise's favorite aspects of being a mother was supporting her girls in all of their endeavors. Enthusiastically cheering on her daughters at their lacrosse games was a tremendous part of who Denise was: their biggest supporter and most adoring fan.  Through fun events and fundraisers, we strive to keep her spirit alive.
